With all Exit Cleans Tiger Clean offer a Bond Guarentee.
After Tiger Clean has completed your Exit Clean and your keys have been returned to the Agent or Owner, they are then required to do an Exit Inspection.
If the Exit Inspection finds anything related to cleaning that does not pass they are then required to send you an exact list of items to be fixed. Tiger Clean will return and complete this list without any further charge to you.
Please note that only items included on the original quote fall under the Bond Guarentee, so if you booked us to do part of your Exit Clean then that is what is covered.
Staims on carpets that can not be removed with standard carpet cleaning actions are considered damage and are not included.
Stains on walls that can not be washed off are considered damage and are not included in the guarentee.
