Please note that all of our vacate cleaning services come with a Bond Guarantee.
What that means is that after we complete the cleaning if your agent attends the property and finds anything related to the cleaning that was not completed to their satisfcation we return and correct the problem at no further charge to you.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The full invoice for the cleaning job itself must be paid in full on the day of the clean to secure the guarantee. If the invoice is not paid in full on the day of the clean then the guarantee will be voided.
2. The guarantee covers all cleaning activities that were listed in the quote.
3. Common exceptions include stains on carpets and walls that can not be removed with standard cleaning activities.
4. Wall cleaning will be done as described on this page using sugar soap.
